Project Overview
The project involves creating a video-based learning platform and integrated CRM system to replace complex third-party tools, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly experience.
Design Problem
The client was using a complex web of 3rd party systems which not only caused users to encounter inconsistencies in user interfaces, navigation and functionality but it meant the client never had 100% control over their services.
My Role
I planned, designed, and prototyped a fully responsive multi-page website, aiming to create a visually appealing site that met client needs and addressed design challenges. Close collaboration with developers, project managers, and stakeholders was key to aligning with project objectives.
